Embark on a Health Revolution
DNA-Level Personalized Plans
Work with an entire team of elite health professionals (MDs, registered dietitians, epigenetic counselors, and trainers) using our cutting-edge approach.
Thanks to advancements in scientific research, we know how to live longer and healthier than ever before.
Unfortunately, the reality is that most of this research will never touch most people’s daily lives.
To understand why, we have to understand the current healthcare system. Let's use an analogy.
Imagine a developer that gets hired to build a complex piece of software.
Now, imagine the developer is paid per line of code they write, regardless of whether or not it's good. Would you end up with good code? What if you had thousands of developers?
This isn’t too different from how today’s healthcare system was formed at the turn of 20th century, when influenza and tuberculosis––not obesity or cancer––were the killers of the day.
Hospitals, researchers, and the entire medical establishment was built around the singular goal of diagnosing an illness and fixing it.
From that, the “fee for service” (where providers are compensated based on what service they perform, rather than a patient’s outcome) was born.
Realizing that a system in which paying for services created horrible incentives, the healthcare industry the Health Maintenance Organization Act was introduced in 1973.
You’ve probably seen the act’s acronym–HMO–before.
Rather than pay for services alone, an attempt was made to have systems in place that managed a patient’s care, all while keeping costs down.
Unfortunately, not only did this mean a surge in bureaucracy and administrative costs, it often led to the opposite effect.
Because HMOs often paid a fixed amount per person (regardless of treatment received) patients were now in danger of receiving too little care.
We knew that in order to fix the system, we had to do it from the ground up.
That’s why we built Rebel Health Alliance.

Building Rebel Health Alliance from the ground up, outside of the current healthcare system, allowed us to do two things:
I was in my 3rd PCP after one retired, one quit, and one got stuck with me. He did basic labs and gave me statins to help. But then something amazing happened. I came across Rebel Health. Since then…
1) I have lost 43 pounds, am down 5” on my waist, and (according to my wife) look better than I have in years
2) I have more energy, feel more balanced, healthier than ever
3) know what my genetics are and how to eat and supplement for them
4) have a killer workout plan I LOVE
These are just a few of the ways Rebel Health has changed my life. My family sees it, and my boys mirror it. They tell everyone how healthy they are because they exercise and eat like me. It has been family changing.
Every member of your care team will come together to design a comprehensive health and training plan tailored just for you.
When you become a Rebel Health member, you'll receive access to our digital ecosystem–including our secure messaging platform.
Your journey begins with a welcome call with a clinical specialist who will arrange your lab work and send your DNA kit, which will provide valuable genetic insights for your personalized care.
We use sophisticated diagnostics to understand your current health status through blood work, DNA testing, CAC scores, and a DEXA scan for body composition analysis.
Once your lab results are ready, you'll have a one-hour virtual consultation with your physician to review your results and develop an individualized treatment plan. This is just the beginning!
You'll work with specialized coaches who focus on different aspects of your health:

My name is Jack, and I’m the founder of Rebel health. About a year ago, I felt absolutely miserable.
I was healthy, even athletic, when I was young. Now in my 40’s, things were different. I called up a biohacker friend of mine and asked:
“People who talk about feeling amazing in their 40’s…they’re full of it right?”
His response: “Not quite.” In fact, he told me it was possible to feel amazing at any age.
Luckily, I’d built a network of world-class professionals over the years–nutritionists, doctors, strength experts, and biohackers. They all said I could feel amazing and guided me towards what I needed to do.
A year later, I looked and felt better than when I was in my 20’s.
I knew that I had to make this solution available for everyone, not just those with extensive networks or the rich and famous, because everyone deserves better health.
