With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, she helps individuals optimize their well-being by applying the principles of epigenetics - focusing on how lifestyle and environment can influence gene expression. Christi holds dual master’s degrees in business administration and health administration. In addition, she is a power cycle instructor at Lifetime Health and Fitness, where she inspires people to reach their fitness goals. Her mission is to empower others to take control of their health and happiness, fostering positive, lasting change in their lives. She enjoys hiking, outdoor concerts, traveling and spending time with her dogs and college-aged twins.
Regina’s passion for performance began as a cross country runner from grade school to college, continued as a Cat3 cyclist, Ironman distance triathlete. To align her passion for functional medicine with sports performance, she transitioned from a career in TV and Technology, by earning her MS to become a board certified sports dietitian. Her thesis assessed the impact of energy balance on bone mineral density in elite mountain cyclists. She has been a USA triathlon coach for over a decade and creates custom swim, bike, run annual plans for her athletes. She created and developed Performance Nutrition programs for two Special Ops units; 1st Marine Raider Battalion of the USMC, and Air Force Special Command. She brings specialization in functional nutrition and diverse experience to RHA, and is excited to collaborate with RHA providers on optimizing your health and longevity.
Jen Dela Cruz is a registered dietitian who tailors recommendations to each client's unique needs—personal preferences, schedule, health history, and goals. As a working mom of two, she understands the challenges of prioritizing healthy habits and focuses on small, sustainable changes that fit into busy lives. Jen holds a degree in Nutritional Science from Penn State and a Master's from California State University, Long Beach. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in managing chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. Jen believes food is medicine and is passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with it.
Mackenzie is a Registered Dietitian specializing in the fields of functional nutrition, holistic health, and wellness education. She is passionate about living a toxin-free yet balanced lifestyle, and loves to help others learn how to find confidence in making healthy, sustainable choices for a better quality of life.
Mackenzie received her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Point Loma Nazarene University, and has a diverse background as an RDN in environments such as inpatient clinical care, a luxury health resort, as well as a one-on-one private counseling setting. She established her private practice in Orange County, California with a specialty in functional lab testing, gut health & fertility/prenatal nutrition.
Jamie Georginis is a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience. She spent 9 years working as a dedicated NICU nurse before transitioning to a more focused role in pediatric and adolescent wellness. Her personal cancer journey ignited her to engage in various physical, mental and lifestyle changes to improve her overall health. Outside of her professional life, Jamie enjoys time with her husband and little ones, cooking new recipes, and attending concerts.
Meet Demi Tsang, RN MSN, a nurse coordinator with a master's degree in nursing education. Demi has been a registered nurse since 2016, and has experience in medical-surgical acute care, outpatient clinics, and asynchronous functional medicine. Demi is passionate about integrative health and strives to address the root causes of health issues through holistic methods. Outside of her professional life, Demi loves reading, hot yoga, gardening, and running. Her personal interests and dedication to both her career and personal life reflect her holistic approach to health and well-being.
Working as an RN and nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, Viva continued to follow her passion for wellness and fitness completing training to become a certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher.
With the intention of merging her love of nursing and health and wellness coaching, she later earned board certification as an integrative nurse coach and has most recently become certified as a lifestyle medicine coach.
Viva has founded a wellness business where she assists and empowers others to achieve their health goals, prioritize self care, find balance in their busy lives and incorporate the healing power of a water setting into their wellness routine.
Outside of professional life, Viva enjoys being active outdoors on land and in the water and experimenting with and implementing health optimization and longevity activities including regular sauna and cold plunge, meditation and breathwork.

Meet Jodi Arth, BS, BSN, RN, a Nurse Coordinator with expertise in emergency medicine, nursing leadership, and healthcare systems. Inspired by her own health journey and those she’s cared for, Jodi is passionate about health optimization and longevity medicine. Currently pursuing a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree, she aims to integrate mental health into her practice. Her volunteer work as a crisis counselor has given her unique insights into the connection between mental and physical health. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys traveling, nature, and wellness activities, embracing a holistic approach to health.
Dr. Brittany Busse is an accomplished healthcare leader and experienced physician. She earned her MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2009 and began a Surgery residency at the University of California Davis. After several years in Urgent Care, she transitioned to Telehealth and entrepreneurship. For the past eight years, she has focused on Telemedicine, advocating for Digital Health as a future solution for providers and patients. Dr. Busse emphasizes compassionate care, curiosity, and patient advocacy. She is passionate about partnering with patients, especially women, who have felt unseen and pushed aside by the traditional system.
Meet Dr. Sameer Sood, a transformative figure in healthcare through education, technology, and improved care delivery since 2011. He teaches digital health and innovation at various medical schools and advises health tech startups. His venture, Sherbit Health, focused on remote-patient monitoring, was acquired by Huma in 2018. After completing his Family Medicine residency at Duke University, Dr. Sood served marginalized communities and worked on transforming healthcare systems through technology and social innovations. Recently, he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Elevance Health, shaping their social determinants strategy. Additionally, Dr. Sood runs FwdSlash, a company dedicated to improving Medicaid and social equity, enjoys backpacking globally, and is an avid beach volleyball player.

Dr. Rachelle Simpson Sweet specializes in neuropsychology, genetics, and holistic wellness. She earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from NSU and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Evanston Northwestern. Rachelle is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Epigenetic Coach. She integrates mental, emotional, and physical health, leveraging her expertise in psychology and health coaching. Rachelle has presented her research at professional conferences and contributed to several publications, including a book. Meet Tom Broback, a trusted strength coach and physical therapist. Over his career, Tom has worked as a strength and conditioning coach, orthopedic physical therapist, and virtual physical therapist. He graduated from St. John’s University (MN) with a Bachelor’s in Biology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Minnesota in 2017. Tom holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has started his own virtual rehab business. He has spoken at several events, authored multiple ebooks, and hosts his own podcast. His work is featured on SimpliFaster.com, Exercise.com, and several rehab and performance podcasts. Tom is dedicated to helping with any injury recovery and preventative rehab needs.
