How long will it take to get my results?
Test kits are delivered within 5–10 days, and results are typically available 4–6 weeks after your completed kit is returned.
Can I get private coaching to review my results?
"One on one" coaching is available. Select the package and your coach will schedule a 60 minute session with you when your results are ready!
How do you protect my privacy?
We understand that genetic testing involves sensitive data, and at Rebel Health Alliance, your privacy is our top priority. We want to assure you that the process of handling your DNA samples is secure and confidential. We operate with strict data protection protocols in place to ensure the integrity and security of your genetic information.
Upon successful extraction, we discard the saliva collection device, and your DNA samples are only stored until the final data files are accepted or for six months, whichever is longer.
Importantly, all your samples are de-identified and given a unique barcode before being sent to us, ensuring the complete anonymity of your data.

Will you fill my refill prescriptions from a previous doctor?
Your Rebel Health physician will review your current medications during your initial appointment and may refill appropriate prescriptions after a thorough evaluation. Please note that no medication refills can be provided prior to your first visit with your Rebel Health doctor. This includes any urgent needs or illnesses at the time of enrollment. You must first establish care before gaining access to our direct primary care services, including prescription management.
Why don’t you work with insurance?
Our care model is built around a direct relationship between you and your care team—without insurance restrictions. Insurance often limits the time, testing, and personalization, we believe are essential to real healing and health optimization. We aim to provide care that goes beyond what traditional plans typically allow.
Do you accept insurance or assist with insurance reimbursement?
Rebel Health does not accept insurance and is not in-network with any insurance plans. We also do not assist with insurance reimbursement. If you prefer, you may explore reimbursement options directly with your insurance provider after paying out of pocket.
Do you accept HSA for payments?
We can confirm that labs and tests ordered via our electronic system and paid directly by patients are HSA eligible. Our existing Members have used their HSA/FSA to pay for our fees too, but that’s program specific and we recommend checking with your provider.
