All of us are concerned about our personal health data and privacy issues. We’ve heard the stories of prominent genetic testing companies and other health care companies selling our data, using it to sell us stuff, and generally treating our private information as a commodity to be bought and sold.

At RHA we take your privacy and security seriously. We are the complete opposite of the other medical companies out there.

Let’s do a quick review of how we handle your private data:

1. No personal information other than your name and contact information is stored on our rebelhealthalliance.io website.
2. Your credit card information is stored securely with STRIPE.
3. All of your medical data and records are stored on HIPAA compliant servers.
4. Your genetic test information is kept separate from your personal information, linked only by a code number that only we have. Your genetic information will never be linked to your name or identity by the testing company, and it can be destroyed upon request.
5. All of our client email communications are done via HIPAA compliant systems.
6. All of our contractors and subcontractors have signed BAA’s which require compliance with HIPPA practices.
7. We will never sell your medical information to any third parties, ever.

Like I said, at Rebel Health Alliance we are quite serious about your safety and security, and we are on your side when it comes to managing your data. You can trust that your information is secure with us and will never be distributed to anyone.
