Introduction: Rebel Health Alliance (RHA) is a national telehealth practice specializing in optimization, longevity, metabolic health, and athletic performance. RHA is seeking a web development firm to help create a comprehensive and user-friendly website that accurately represents the company and its services.

Scope of Work: The scope of work for this RFP includes the development of a comprehensive and user-friendly website. The following are the specific deliverables RFP:

  1. Website Design:

  • Creation of a modern and visually appealing website design that accurately represents the company and its services.
  • The website should be easily navigable and user-friendly.
  • The website should be fully responsive and accessible on all devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.

  1. Content Management System (CMS):

  • Implementation of a content management system (CMS) that allows RHA to easily update and manage website content.
  • The CMS should be user-friendly and accessible to non-technical users.
  • WordPress is preferred.

  1. Functionality:

  • Development of custom functionality as required, including contact forms, appointment scheduling, and e-commerce integration at a later date.
  • Implementation of security measures to protect sensitive information.
  • Integration with white label concierge telehealth app.

  1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimization of the website for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.

  1. Hosting:

  • Provision of web hosting services for the website. (not required, but open to hearing ideas).

  1. Sales Pages and Membership Management:

  • A primary goal of the website will be to drive sales via landing pages and sales funnels. Integration with ConvertKit is essential. Open to proposals on how to offer multiple subscription based products for sale. SSO or other integration with our app is required.

Timeline: The proposed timeline for this project is TBD from the award of the contract. RHA requires that all deliverables be completed by the agreed-upon deadline.
