Some of you reached out looking to work through insurance — but we operate outside traditional insurance models. Rebel Health Alliance doesn’t accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All of our care is direct and out-of-pocket.

Others may not be the right fit at this time due to service limits or income requirements. We’re a small, focused team, and we take on members we can support fully and personally.
