Do you take insurance or help with insurance reimbursement?
Rebel Health does not accept insurance and is not in-network with any insurance plans. We also do not assist with insurance reimbursement. If you choose, you may explore reimbursement options directly with your insurance provider after paying out of pocket.
Is blood work and other testing included?
All Members receive the RHA DNA test and report included in their package. However, all other blood work, scans, and tests are billed directly to the patient.
Do you accept HSA for payment?
We can confirm that labs and tests ordered via our electronic system and paid directly by patients will be HSA eligible. Our existing Members have used their HSA/FSA to pay for our fees too, but that’s program specific and you’ll have to check with your provider.
I'm seeking an all-in-one provider for doctor's services, lab tests, and health coaching; is that RHA?
Yes! This is one of our core differentiating factors. We provide comprehensive, coordinated care through our integrated team of licensed professionals including unlimited consultations with our board-certified physicians, expedited appointment availability, and direct physician access via secure messaging. Your membership also includes registered dietitian consultations, strength and conditioning coaching, epigenetic counseling, and wellness coordination where your entire team collaborates to create your personalized optimization protocol.
Laboratory tests and advanced diagnostic scans are coordinated by us but billed directly by third-party testing providers. Unlike traditional healthcare or standalone wellness services, we provide true direct primary care with unlimited physician access plus coordinated care where your physician, dietitian, strength coach, and genetic counselor work together to continuously refine your personalized health optimization plan.
How often will I meet with my doctors, and what are the best ways to communicate with them?
Your doctor plays a key role in your care. You'll have a comprehensive initial consultation to establish your health baseline and goals. After that, you’ll have access to them through a secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging platform, available for direct messaging as needed.
Follow-up video visits can be scheduled as needed or as recommended by your doctor. However, most members find that they don’t require frequent appointments, as direct messaging is often sufficient enough to get their queries addressed quickly and effectively.
All members of your care team are accessible through our secure messaging platform. Responses are typically provided within 24 hours on weekdays—and often sooner—ensuring timely, coordinated care across the team.
